The MacPro rates are the most competitive and affordable in Maui for computer services. There are no hidden cost and services are charged at a flat hourly rate. On-Site
On-Site Support
The MacPro primary support services are provided on-site for the client. We believe you should learn about your computer in the comfort of your own home, or in the location you are going to be working with it. Some upgrades or repairs can be performed at your location. There are times when service needs to be performed back at The MacPro shop. Off-site turn around time is 1-2 business days unless parts need to be special ordered.
On-Site Hourly Rates
Basic software support / Training- $55
Minor hardware install / repair on-site (memory install and system setup)- $55
Major hardware install / repair on-site (replace or upgrade internal components)- $60
Emergency Services- same day on-demand service- $75
Add $10 for offsite PU and Delivery Services
Data Services (flat rate)
System Re-install- $60
Data Backup to second hard drive, DVD, or multiple CDs- $60
Data Recovery- recover from failing hard drive (no charge for no recovery)- $75

If you have High Speed internet access such as Cable or DSL, better known as RoadRunner or Hawaii Telcom (Verizon) DSL, then your computer can be setup for On-Line support.
This service allows the MacPro to log into your computer and repair software issues you may be having. This service also allows for off-site training as you can interact by phone while you watch The MacPro interact remotely on your computer screen. Remote Access to your computer is safe and secure. You will be trained on how to turn the service on and off for when you need support.
Online Support Rates
One Time Setup Fee- $55 (price waived if service requested during an on-site call)
Remote support and training- $30 hour
