ON-SITE SUPPORT
The MacPro provides a variety of services to meet your needs. Depending on the service request, we can provide a solution that keeps you and your Mac happy and functioning. The MacPro rates are the most competitive and affordable in Maui for computer services. There are no hidden cost and services are charged at a flat hourly rate. The MacPro primary support services are provided on-site for the client. We believe you should learn about your computer in the comfort of your own home, or in the location you are going to be working with it. Some upgrades or repairs can be performed at your location. Most off-site repairs take 1-2 days depending on part availability.
On-Site Hourly Rates:
Basic software support and training- $60 / Business Rates $75
Minor hardware install / repair on-site- $60 / Business Rates $75
Major hardware install / repair on-site (replace or upgrade internal components)- $90
Emergency Services- same day / after-hour service- $75 / Business $90
Add $5-$10 for Trip Charges
Data Services (flat rate):
System Re-install- $60
Data Backup to second hard drive, DVD, or multiple CDs- $60
*Data Recovery- recover from failing hard drive (no charge for no recovery)- $100
*data recovery will vary based on the state of the hard drive
